Amber is the restaraunt located within the Scotch Whisky Experience.  Their food was just about the best I had during this trip.  And their Sticky Toffee Pudding, was THE best I had.  

Unfortunately, I was only in Scotland the first 4 or so days of my trip so I didn’t get a chance to savor but 3 different puddings from different restaurants.  The 2nd best Sticky Toffee Pudding I have had was in Fort Augustus, located at the south-western tip of Loch Ness.  It looks like they are under new management now.  I sure hope they kept that recipe!  It would be awesome to try them side by side!
