My first hotel was The Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club, just outside Edinburgh in Kirknewton. Absolutely stunning hotel. I was able to get a room right away. It was only around 11am so I wasn’t sure if I would since most check-in’s are around 3pm. The staff are very professional and curteous. The grounds are impecable and beautiful.
